These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the seabet platform, including all games, promotions, account services, and financial transactions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on seabet.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.2 You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts on seabet.
2.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of seabet complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. seabet makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform entirely at their own risk.
2.4 seabet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
2.5 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of seabet, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to register Player accounts or participate in any promotion offered by seabet.
3.1 Each Player may hold only one registered account on seabet. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date and to notify seabet promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your seabet login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. seabet will never ask for your password in any communication. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified seabet of a suspected breach in a timely manner.
3.4 seabet reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably suspect that registration information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your use of the Platform poses a risk to seabet or to other players.
All Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals above RM 500 are processed. KYC documentation typically required includes a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of your registered address (recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days). seabet may request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on seabet are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). seabet does not accept deposits or pay withdrawals in any other currency. Players bear no currency conversion risk when transacting on the Platform.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These thresholds may be updated by seabet at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
4.3 seabet supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and standard interbank bank transfer. Availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.4 Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are credited to your seabet Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
4.5 Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for fully verified accounts. seabet targets same-day processing for requests submitted before 6:00pm MYT on business days. Actual receipt of funds is subject to your bank's or payment provider's processing times.
4.6 seabet reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than a Player's typical transaction history, or where there are indicators of unusual account activity. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal and of the documentation required to release it.
4.7 Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts or bank accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension.
5.1 seabet offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all bonuses issued by seabet are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows: slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 10%; sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; sportsbook bets below 1.50 contribute 0%.
5.3 seabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses that have not been claimed before a promotion's expiry date are forfeited automatically. seabet is not liable for any failure by a Player to claim a bonus within the applicable promotional period.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, exploitation of software errors or game vulnerabilities, coordinated play between accounts, and any pattern of play intended to manipulate bonus wagering requirements, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5.5 seabet may decline to award a bonus or may cancel a previously awarded bonus if the Player's registration information is found to be inaccurate, if the Player has previously self-excluded or been excluded from seabet, or if seabet has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being claimed in bad faith.
6.1 All games available on seabet are supplied by third-party providers and are governed by each provider's own published rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a game round, seabet will use reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available game logs. seabet's decision in such cases is final and binding.
6.3 seabet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is clear evidence of a software error, feed error, or pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Wallet.
6.4 Sportsbook bets are governed by additional sportsbook rules published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In particular, live betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement according to those sportsbook rules.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on seabet:
Engagement in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
8.1 seabet may suspend or terminate a Player's account immediately and without prior notice if the Player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if we suspect fraudulent activity, if we receive a valid legal order requiring us to do so, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to seabet, other players, or third parties.
8.2 Upon suspension or termination, seabet will review the account balance. Where termination is due to Player breach, seabet reserves the right to withhold any funds obtained through conduct that violates these Terms. Where an account is closed for seabet's operational reasons unrelated to Player fault, all available balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.
8.3 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting seabet's customer support via live chat or email. A request for voluntary account closure will be actioned within 24 hours. Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
9.1 All content on the seabet Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of seabet or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form without seabet's prior written consent.
9.2 Game content and trademarks belonging to third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, JILI Games, PG Soft, SA Gaming, and others) remain the property of those respective providers. seabet's right to make such content available to Players is granted under licence and does not transfer any ownership interest to the Player.
10.1 seabet provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, seabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or loss of business.
10.3 seabet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 seabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at seabet.co/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on seabet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 seabet will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our obligations to you.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
